Job Description:Helping your team members so they can continue using their IT equipment without any glitches? Are you the IT Support person with strong trouble shooting skills?In this role you will primarily be responsible for the technical support (PC, software, telecom) and the required administration for our team members in Europe and other parts of the world.In addition, you will have the authority to influence both technical and process improvements, ensuring our team operates at the highest level.You will work closely together with the internal ServiceDesk and Network Support team in the US.Within Applied Medical, the title for this position is Senior IT Service Desk Analyst and you will report to the Team Leader IT Service Desk.Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support for Applied Medical team members in Europe
• Maintain asset and ticket administration
• Provide advanced technical support for PCs, software, and telecom systems
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and procedures
• Deploy, maintain, and support company desktop computers, laptops, (mobile) telephones and other network attached devices
• Develop and maintain manuals and documentation
• Provide user training

What you bring

• MBO education level, preferably in IT
• 3 + years working experience in a similar position
• Strong Analytical skills with an appetite to learn on the job
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Other European languages such as Spanish, German or French is a plus
• Knowledge of / experience with an IT ticketing system such as Service Now
• Experience with mobile device support and platforms such as IOS and Android
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, Outlook, MS- Teams and Azure
