You must be able to lead and focus the liturgies and work sessions in order to achieve the outcomes within the established deadlines, define and narrow down the priorities and manage the demanders in order to focus their requests on achievable objectives.Your Day-to-day Functions Will BeEnsure compliance with the methodology. Avoid blockages within the team and manage any type of problem. Ensure the optimization of productive time within the sprint. Encourage team self-management and team spirit.Be able to have conversations in English with external teams..Qualifications5+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
