You will oversee all aspects of project coordination and delivery, including definition, planning, monitoring, and ensuring customer satisfaction.You will manage, monitor, and deliver IT infrastructure projects, working closely with various stakeholders to define the scope, estimate resources, plan the budget, and establish governance mechanisms.In your role, you will organise and manage all phases of the project to ensure timely completion. You will also set up delivery monitoring controls, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes.You will also be responsible for assembling and coordinating project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, and preparing requests for proposals to select the necessary services and products for the project.Additionally, you will plan and oversee the dissemination of standard project communications, prepare decision-making materials for management, and demonstrate expertise in creating essential project management artefacts such as project charters, project plans, timelines, and various deployment and support plans.Adherence to standardised IT Project Management practices is crucial. You will work with multiple IT teams to ensure compliance with established policies and standards. Fostering collaboration, promoting synergies, and sharing best practices and methodologies will be key aspects of your role.QualificationsExperience:We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of seven years of experience as a Project Manager, leading complex enterprise-wide IT infrastructure projects. Experience with IT Service Management frameworks and practices is advantageous, and PMP certification is required.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Proficiency in using Jira for project management is essential, and experience working with geographically disparate teams, both local and remote, is highly valued.You should possess strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building lasting partnerships through effective communication.A strong technical understanding of the infrastructure aspects of IT projects, including Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and M365, is necessary. An Agile certification is desirable, and the willingness to travel up to 30% of working hours is required.Excellent written and verbal skills in English.Education:If you have an education background in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field, we’d like to hear from you!
