Then join our global IT Infrastructure & Operations in a team of Integration Consultants.In this role as Senior IT Infrastructure Consultant you support the Business Unit ITs with their needs for IT infrastructure services in migration projects. You provide consulting for integration, helping internal customers in using IT Infrastructure services and the application of standard blueprints and processes.
Additonally you will continuously collect and share feedback from customers to improve the ease of integration of our products and services. Furthermore, you will contribute to improve our operations processes and the overall customer experience.What You Will Do

• consult Business-Unit-ITs on infrastructure, products, non-functional requirements and deployment models, act as a SPOC for migration projects
• create (and own) blueprints, checklists and process definitions for integration and migration
• continuously improve overarching capabilities for integration, fostering self-service and self-guided service-onboarding
• give feedback and work out improvements on products, service offerings and -models

What You Bring

• multiple years of experience in IT infrastructure and application migration projects
• generalist broad knowledge to cover all areas of IT infrastructure
• pro-active mind-set and consulting skills for open collaboration with customers as well as strong methodical skills to gather and structure requirements and evaluate solution designs
• strong communication (from engineering to management level) skills
• fluent Spanisch skills on a business professional level and very good oral and written English skills
