Apply now!What will you be doing?As an IT Compliance Advisor, you will lead and participate in compliance work streams across projects as responsible for end-to-end quality and compliance activities. You will work closely with the project and product manager, QA professionals, business areas and external vendors and leverage your experience for how to work with IT processes and Quality Management Systems.Additionally, your responsibilities include:Engaging in DD&IT projects and agile setups acting as Subject Matter Expert within IT Compliance and QualityDefining the quality and compliance strategy for the projects, as well as scoping the documentation, validation, and testingDeveloping and delivering complete validation packages (IT Risk Assessment, Requirement Specifications, Validation Plan/Report (VPL/VR), Installation/ Operational/ Performance Qualification)Promoting best practices and take active part in defining and driving continuous improvement and simplification of existing processesAs advisor you can expect to be assigned to one or more projects for a period of 6-18 months at a time, depending on the development and complexity.Which competencies to bring?We imagine the ideal candidate meets most of the following:Academic degree in IT, Quality, Audit or similarAround 5 years of experience with Quality Management, IT Compliance or GxP system validation, preferably in pharma or other highly regulated industriesQuality mindset and a good knowledge about the GAMP framework and ITIL, ISO9001/27001 or GDPRFamiliarity with Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Azure DevOps) methodologiesDemonstrated ability to work autonomously in a complex organisationTo succeed, it is crucial that you thrive with working in teams where you can inspire and motivate your stakeholders to take informed decisions. You have good communication skills, and you easily navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. You can train, guide, and coach colleagues and external collaboration partners in IT compliance processes and best practices.Who will you be working with?You will join an ambitious team of experienced IT Compliance Advisors working on large scale projects and initiates across the organisation. Organisationally, the team is anchored in DD&IT Business Support responsible for supporting and improving the organisation within IT Compliance, Finance, IT Sourcing, IT Privacy, and IT Processes. Your colleagues all work on different projects but meet on a regular basis to share experiences as a basis for continued development and best practice implementations. The team is based in Ballerup and Bagsværd, Denmark, but the scope of our projects is global. Business travel is limited but may be expected.You will get to work with different areas of the value chain, from early research & development to manufacturing, Security and sales.
