You will handle various aspects of the IR function and become a company spokesperson in IR matters.We manage the financial communication and interactions with the financial markets
Investor Relations is a strategic management responsibility that integrates finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance, enabling the most effective two-way communication between a company, the financial community and other constituencies.In a dynamic team of four, we work closely together to service our primary customers – investors and analysts – and to communicate Coloplast’s equity story and provide accurate information to shape the market’s expectations towards Coloplast. We handle inquiries from the financial market and others who might be interested in the company’s stock, strategy, and financial goals. We support our CEO and CFO in their preparation for interactions with the financial market and work closely with many other stakeholders and departments in Coloplast.The job
In this role you will build and maintain relationships with analysts and investors through meetings, conferences, roadshows and other capital market events. You will conduct roadshow activities with capital markets in Europe and the US and you will produce and pursue top-tier practice for our Investor materials, including annual reports and interim earnings releases, presentations and website.Furthermore you will:

  • Conduct various analyses, including benchmark studies, shareholder targeting and composition, and other ad hoc analysis supporting the daily IR work
  • Be process responsible for preparation and coordination of quarterly and annual announcements, capital market days and other events together with the rest of the IR team
  • Inform and update management on investment community perceptions, sentiment and analysis on the company
  • Build and maintain an extensive network of internal contacts within Coloplast

You will play a supporting role in the development of IR strategy and of the company’s equity story, in strategic message development and in advising, problem-solving and IR decision-making with the CEO and CFO. You will ensure compliance, at all times, with the disclosure regulation for listed companies on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen.What you bring
You have a master’s degree in economics, finance or equivalent and at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience. A good general knowledge and interest in capital markets and financial reporting is an advantage.You also have:

  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail but without losing the big picture
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality
  • An excellent work ethics and flexible working hours (up to 20 travel days per year)

On a personal level, you feel comfortable interacting with different cultures and levels of management, and you have a good sense of diplomacy. You thrive in a small team where you have a high level of responsibility, and you are service minded. Proficiency in both English and Danish preferred.Interested?
