We partner with international banks and financial institutions across Europe, acquiring non-performing loan portfolios. We are also the partner of consumers and SMEs in debt, creating sustainable long-term repayment plans allowing debtor customers to convert their non-performing debts into performing debts. The group has around 1,500 employees.As part of the development of our activity, we are looking for a:Senior Investment Analyst / Investment Manager (H/F)Within the Investment Department, and more specifically the “Investment Analysis” team (around 25 people), you report to Ludovica, our Senior Investment Manager, and are in charge of:

• The evaluation of investment opportunities (analysis of non-performing, performing and secured portfolios),

• The Due Diligence

• The presentation to the Investment Committee.

You work in close collaboration with the Investment Management Team, operational teams, Group functions (risk and treasury) and Group Management. You assist key team members throughout the acquisition process.Your main missions:

• Valuation and analysis: carry out analysis and evaluation of the potential acquisition of new portfolios, focusing on the main value drivers, the performance of comparable portfolios and statistical models
• Model development: develop models leading to more accurate forecasts of new portfolios
• Preparation of documents for the Investment Committee (IC): participation in the preparation of documents to be presented to the Investment Committee and/or other members of the team (IC memos, presentations, etc.)
• Support the operations team: work alongside operational teams in different countries contributing to operational improvements through data analysis and ensuring an integrated approach to transactions

Profil recherchéDesired profile:

• With a higher education level such as Master degree (Business School) with a specialization in banking/finance or a Master Degree in Finance/Mathematics/Data Analysis, you have a first experience of 2 to 5 years (ideally in the NPL market), through which you have developed solid quantitative skills and analytical/modelling skills.
• Able to analyse and extract information from data sets, you know how to work independently and be proactive.
• Tools/IT: Excel, SQL, R, Python, Alteryx.
• Fluent and professional level of English, another European language would be a plus (Italian or French in particular)

Contractual conditions and benefits:

• Permanent contract (CDI)
• Location: Paris – Boulevard Haussmann (8th arrondissement)
• Remuneration: composed of a fixed salary between €45K and €60K (according to profile/experience) + annual variable component.
• 214 working days per year
• Teleworking: up to 2 days per week
• Profit-sharing / Participation (approximately €1K/year)
