How you’ll help us.Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the Head of Order to Cash Central, as part of the role, you’ll:

• Perform a weekly inventory reconciliation between various stock locations and Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems.
• Do root cause analysis and liaise with stakeholders to achieve process improvements on stock differences found.
• Analyse inventory efficiency through business intelligence to support the warehouse with the best stock management plan.
• Enhance current Quality Control/Defective process and collaborate with stakeholders to effectively execute quality control matters.
• Perform Block stock management together with warehouses and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform Sales order stock management together with warehouses and ensure data accuracy.
• Responsible for region supply coverage analysis (current and future) in coordination with supply planning.
• Monitor regular Application Interface Framework (AIF) maintenance.
• Perform Stock transfer Orderbook management for stock optimisation and monitor the outstanding stock in transit, receipt and closing in systems.
• Collect and create periodic audit trail evidence.

More about you.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline (supply chain, statistics, logistics).
• 2-4 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Ability to demonstrate outstanding analytical and inventory control skills.
• Highly competent in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) and Business Intelligence (BI) is preferred.
• Affinity and strong interest in Business Intelligence.
