Join us in accelerating the transition towards a sustainable society.Job DescriptionAFRYs business unit specialized in Supply Chain Management (SCM) is seeking a Senior Intralogistics Consultant to support our Danish and Nordic clients. The successful applicant will have a significant role in strengthening AFRYs supply chain and logistics capabilities in Denmark.As a Senior Intralogistics Consultant at AFRY you will be part of the development of our clients future intralogistics and warehouse setup. You will get to work with the leading companies in the Nordic region as well as to strengthen their global capabilities. The typical assignment includes the following process steps:

• Being a significant part of the sales process and representing AFRYs offering
• Defining customers’ needs and gaps based on data and workshops with customers
• Data analyses and solution design
• Supplier involvement and selection
• Project execution and follow-up
• Go-live and ramp-up support

We expect that the candidate also will be a part of the development and execution of AFRY SCMs strategic goals in Denmark and the Nordics. You will be based in our office in Herlev, (or other AFRY office), but a major part of your time will be spent on-site with customers. You can expect 30-40 days of travel within the Nordic region. Together with AFRYs +75 Nordic SCM team players and +900 passionate and skilled consultants colleagues in Denmark, you will also have the opportunity to work in a true cross-competence environment.QualificationsWe expect a minimum 10 years hands-on experience of intralogistics and warehouse operation, investment projects and development. Previous consultant role or similar is valued and you need to have experience of working in projects, preferably in a leading role, with a good understanding of change and stakeholder management. To thrive in the role, you must learn quickly, be service-minded and able to put yourself in the customer’s position to evaluate their situation and opportunities. Your personality reflects a high drive, an analytical and structured way of working and good communication skills.

We also believe you have:

• A master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics and/or similar
• Experience of different AGVs/AMRs and warehouse solutions
• Experience of WMS selection and implementation
• Experience of data processing and analysis
• English skills both in writing and oral is a must
