Description
Organizational context:
The Communication Projects team is responsible for developing and executing large-scale communication campaigns that generally support transformation (cultural, organizational, technologicial, etc.) across various divisions and geographies. We collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders including Executive Committee members.
This position is based in Paris, with the application of the AXA Group Operations France remote working policy [details will be provided].
Purpose:
To lead and execute internal communication campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and behavior change across the organization.
Core Missions
- Develop and implement communication strategies and plans for major projects and initiatives, leveraging a range of communication channels and tactics
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall business objectives
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal communication needs, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization
- Manage crisis communications as needed, working closely with senior leadership to develop and execute appropriate responses
Tasks Description
- Understand the needs of the business as well as the audience, and develop targeted communication strategies accordingly
- Develop and write communication materials including emails, newsletters, presentations, and other collateral
- Coordinate with internal and external vendors to produce other high-quality communication materials (video, graphics, etc.) and events
- Measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications/Experience Required
- Degree in some form of Communication or Marketing
- At least 10 years’ experience in communication within a multinational organization or setting
Soft & Hard Skills Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Familiarity with communication best practices and emerging trends
- Experience with project management and campaign execution (planning, budgeting, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite
- Experience in change or transformation projects would be a plus
- Experience of working with Agile methodology would be a plus
