Then this could be your chance to work with large-scale technical innovation and new technology in a global FMCG company.About the jobIn this maternity cover and as our Senior Innovation Project Manager in the TPL (Technical Project Lead) team you will co-drive projects together with Commercial while elevating product innovation project initiatives. Furthermore, you will manage key complex projects by securing the right project management on the technical project workstreams. You will oversee prioritizing, planning and delivering innovations on time in full.More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Coordinating a project team of dedicated specialists (Product / Pack NPD, Production site resources, PM, Scientists) to deliver Product / Pack development tasks from development through execution
• Agreeing and managing prioritisation of project workstreams for the team
• Securing that the project team delivers product / packaging as defined by market and other stakeholders
• Working closely with our Innovation process, securing feasibility and delivery of the right technical solutions and participating in relevant gate and decision meetings to support decision making
• Securing progress on CapEx together with supply chain to deliver the right solution on time for site and commercial
• Managing stakeholders in project upstream and remove roadblocks by driving problem solving with the project team
• Owning technical project timeline and ensuring the right fit with the commercial timeline to secure timely delivery
• Risk Management through risk assessments and active management of risks.

As a Technical Project Lead you will together with the rest of the team drive our Innovation Project Management Community and secure relevant innovation project management tools and trainings are made available to support our colleagues on innovation projects.Who are you?We are looking for a Senior Innovation Project Manager with documented experience as lead of large-scale projects in a complex set up. Ideally, you have worked in a product innovation and R&D environment within FMCG.You have strong strategic and analytical skills combined with a global and outgoing mindset that enables fact-based recommendations to management for decision making, showing initiative and determination in a fast-paced environment.In search for continuous improvement, you have a curious, proactive mindset and use your good stakeholder management skills to navigate within a large matrix organization. You are a good at communicating clearly and building personal relations across internal organizational levels.Moreover, we imagine that you:

• Have strong technical acumen. A technical background is not a prerequisite, however a product development background would be a benefit. Curiosity and thirst for knowledge and understanding is key. You need to be able to understand technical discussions, challenge them and support the team with quick decisions.
• Great project management skills, including scoping a project, resourcing a project, prioritising tasks, defining roles & responsibilities, setting and agreeing timelines, risk assessing and mitigation plans etc.
• Strong communicator to facilitate discussions at all levels while securing technical details are understandable also to the wider stakeholder group
• Have commercial acumen. You are able to understand commercial requirements and keep a customer/consumer lens to ensure the team is delivering the right value-adding product.
• Have big organisational understanding
• Are a highly structured person
• Speak and write English effortlessly
