We are looking to appoint aSenior Industry Marketing Specialistto support the CMIT COU. We are welcoming applications from Italy or Germany or the United Kingdom or any of our other European countries.

As theCMIT Senior Industry Marketing Specialistyou will:

• Be responsible for driving demand for the CMIT COU in Europe region, which would be measured by marketing contributed pipeline.

• Support global industry leaders of the respective CMIT sub COUs to drive thought leadership, enhance presence and drive demand for specific offerings or industry verticals.

• Develop the Europe regional marketing plan that aligns with the focus for the Europe CMIT business to support their targets.

• Act as the liaison for the business, ensuring that the marketing plan is closely aligned to achieve the growth and desired results of the business.

• Work closely with the marketing organization to execute marketing campaigns and activities for the business.

• Collaborate with the business and subject matter experts to develop key messaging, value proposition and content to be leveraged for driving demand for the business.

• Ensure sales enablement needs are understood and met, partnering with Commercial Excellence as needed.

• Manage marketing budget for Europe region and make informed investment decisions in support of growth targets.

• Contribute to business success by performing other tasks as required

• Bachelor degree in marketing, communication or related field, plus generally 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing

• Events/agency management background preferred but not limited to

• Strong writing and presentation skills

• Strategic and Global mindset

• Proficiency in English and any other EU Language (ideally German or French)

• Client-centric, Agile, Collaborative, taking pride and striving for excellence
