The Senior Human Resources Manager serves as an influential HR leader to the B-F Italy organization and leadership team. The position leads the people-related change management processes in terms of operational and tactical responsibilities as we set up our own distribution organization in Italy. The position works independently as well as a part of the local HR team to plan and execute HR strategies and acts as a first point of contact for many of the employees and line managers in the business units.

What You Can Expect

  • Strategy & Management: Support the HRD in implementing the HR strategy as well as taking part in change management process, projects and organizational structure development.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the entire process from creating job descriptions to ensuring effective onboarding in partnership with the hiring managers, Total Rewards and Recruiting teams.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Work closely with the Total Rewards team regarding annual salary and bonus plans, salary and promotion processes, benefits in kind, in collaboration with the Finance Department as well.

  • Learning & Development, Talent Management: Formulate and execute the people development strategy in Italy, ensuring the annual Performance and Growth Planning Process (PGP), development programs, and succession planning are fully completed in collaboration with the global team and L&D.

  • Culture, D&I and Communication: Nurture the B-F and D&I culture with the support of the Italy Leadership team and support the engagement of employees through internal and external surveys.

  • Employee Relations: Partner with Legal to lead local employee relations processes including: employee dismissals, disciplinary procedures, risk management compliance and investigations.

  • Payroll and HRIS: Liaise with local payroll provider and B-F to manage, check data & approval for payroll. For Workday, ensure personnel changes are processed and approved according to B-F guidelines.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years operating as an HR Business Partner at the Manager level.Consistent evidence of ability to exercise good judgment, discretion and maturity in responding to requests for data, resolving problems and to effectively handle confidential information and materials.

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

  • Ability to develop creative strategies and problem-solving solutions based on evaluation of needs and clear deliverables.

  • Advanced computer skills with current, or ability to quickly build, proficiency of Google G Suite [Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar and Mail], Microsoft Word, Power Point].

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, coaching and influencing skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships throughout all levels and across cultures.

  • Fluent English and Italian in reading/writing as well as speaking/listening.
