This position can be filled at our locations in Ireland – Sallins, Dublin, Athlone, Cork. 

Your Responsibilities

-Responsible for operational HR support at our local sites in Ireland, working closely with different business entities
-Harmonize and standardize HR processes across various business units, ensuring alignment with both local and global requirements
-Handling pre-payroll tasks such as gathering and verifying employee data
-Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure the implementation and adherence to global policies and best practices
-Support the execution of change management projects in coordination with relevant departments
-Serve as the point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related matters
-Ensure compliance with employment laws and social regulations across various business units
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors for HR processes, Concur for expense management, and Workforce T&A for employee time tracking
-Support in global HR Projects

Your Profile

-A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Several years of experience in HR, ideally in an international environment
-Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance, especially with regard to global HR standards
-Experience in collaborating with different business entities and supporting change management initiatives
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures
-A structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage complex issues
-Willingness to travel is required
-Fluent in English
