• Manage the local HR Team and drive its development
• Be responsible for all activities related the Unions, negotiations, agreements as well as with Regional Unions
• Manage the site’s social relations through instances such as the INAIL, INPS, ASSOLOMBARDA, ISTAT, etc.
• Be point of reference for Labour Law and all Government institution instances, activities
• Drive first-hand activities according to the annual HR Wheel (salary review, seccession planning, talent development etc.)
• Pilot and guarantees the implementation of HR policies and tools in the organizations
• Provide daily support in the individual and collective management of resources
• Provide support to managers in the conduct of relations with their teams
• Be responsible for the payroll full cycle
• Manage of internal communication, implementing global and local comms campaigns
• Facilitate the application of all the provisions of the Legislative Decree 231/01
• Support Managers for the all Global processes for the Segrate Site, including: salary review, job matching, organizational development, engagement survey, target setting and reporting etc
• Manage the Professional System (roles, job descriptions etc)
• Collaborate with HR Service Center based in Gdansk (Poland)

Your qualificationsTo succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• University Degree and HR second level master’s degree
• + 10 years experience (manufacturing or pharma manufacturing) having developed competences in all relevant annual HR processes (including
