Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Senior HR Manager (m/f/x), for a permanent position based in Brussels.Join an innovative and dynamic company that stands out for its excellence and expertise. As the Senior HR Manager (m/f/x) for Belgium, you will be in charge of the entire HR & Admin scope for Belgium. Overseeing both hard and soft HR topics, as well as fleet, health and safety, and prevention.As a Senior HR Manager (m/f/x), your duties will include:

• Managing the payroll process and fleet management;
• Overseeing the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs;
• Managing employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution;
• Leading organizational development initiatives;
• Leading and developing a high-performing HR team;
• Leading the talent acquisition function;
• Developing and executing the overall HR strategy;
• Organising events for employees;
• Managing all administrative matters in Belgium.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, a Master’s degree is an asset;
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR leadership role;
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices;
• Experience with HR systems and HR analytics is an asset;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
• Ability to work independently;
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
