We listen to our managers and colleagues and challenge existing norms to add value to the business.At our global HQ in Ballerup, Copenhagen, you will be part of the People & Culture Operations team consisting of 7 other colleagues. We support our Headquarter and other sites in Denmark within all areas of operational HR and have a collaborative approach helping each other out.What will you be doing?
You are always updated on the employment law in Denmark, and you work closely with HR Business Partners and leaders across the organization on highlighting compliance requirements and general legal duty of care towards employees.You will collaborate closely with numerous internal and external stakeholders. Internally you will primarily collaborate with People & Culture, Compliance, Legal, Payroll and Communication, as well as our people managers with employees in Denmark. Externally, you will primarily collaborate with our local industry bodies and external lawyers.More specifically, your key responsibilities will be:Support leaders and HR Business Partners in all aspects relating to employment lawSupport the business in future re-organizations and acquisitionsEnsure planning and implementation of legal requirements within employment law throughout the organizationSupervise the compliance on GDPR and other global legislations relating to employeesManage potential mitigation actionsEnsure that HR policies and templates are regularly updated and promote local adaptations when necessarySound good so far? You have a solid understanding of business processes, compliance is second nature to you, and you are keen to challenge existing solutions. Also, with a cross-functional mindset, you navigate with ease across our organization, interacting with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. Moreover, we expect that you have:A relevant master’s degree, or relevant qualification, within lawSeveral years of experience working within the legal area in a similar corporate HR function, where you are an expert within Danish employment lawYour experience has been gained within a global complex matrix organization and you have experience with international employment law
