Coesia operates in 36 countries with 20 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2023.About the RoleOverall Responsibility & Mission:In support of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), the HR Generalist ensures management of resources aligned with the company’s business development needs & Coesia Group policies and in support of processes & initiatives promoted by the Centers of Expertise. The HR Generalist engages and supports multiple legal entities within a region.Talent Acquisition – Working with Talent Acquisition Center Of Expertise (COE) and line management to conduct recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel; conducts new employee inductions; develops and partners with talent channels.Performance Management – Supports the Coesia performance review process on an annual basis; supports line management in performance improvement activities including transitions from the companyCompensation – Supports the Coesia salary review process on an annual basis; manages out of process compensation requestsTalent Development – Working with the HRBP and line management to identify employees for development programs both at the Group and local levels, including high potential resourcesEmployee Relations & Engagement – Engages employees to understand needs and issues through regular interaction and Group programs such as the Coesia For Me engagement surveyHR Budget Activities – Supports annual budgeting (headcount, payroll evolution and departmental budget) and monitoring YTD budgeting activitiesAdvisory – Serves as an adviser and counsels Management on HR issues and Coesia processesHR Services – Supports the line in the areas of Payroll, Benefits, Reporting, etc.Compliance – Helps to ensure Health Safety & Environmental (HSE), Affirmative Action, EEOC, FMLA, ADA complianceAdministrative – Administrative duties including vouchers, maintaining employee files, etc. and other duties as assignedWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulEducation Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business in HR, Psychology, or Industrial Relations
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Related certification is desired
Technical Skills:
- SAP
- ADP
