Under minimal direction, serves as the primary local HR partner for one or more regional sites spanning across multiple business units, divisions or functions. Acquires broad understanding of business divisions in order to support people strategies, enable talent development and improve retention at the local level. Manages employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compensation, and employee career development issues that require a detailed knowledge of the fundamental and advanced concepts and practices in Human Resources.
