In this position, you play a key role in supporting our people leaders and influence and drive our people processes and priorities as well as take part in strategic projects. You will work closely together with HR colleagues and support business leaders across teams primarily in Operations including Global Supply Chain, Procurement and Manufacturing as well as Clinical & Medical affairs. Other areas may be in scope based on business need.The position is onsite at our entity in Brønshøj. You will report to the Lead Senior HR Business Partner and work alongside a team of dedicated HR professionals.   • Work closely with business management and the full HR team to deliver on a variety of tasks within the business unit from operational people related matters to strategic initiatives.
  • Take part in delivering on our strategic projects within areas such as Talent Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Organizational Change Management
  • Be part of a highly engaged and ambitious HR team where we have a strong focus on collaboration and development.
  • Explore and utilize our portfolio of Leadership programs and trainings including our LEAN toolbox called Danaher Business Systems (DBS).

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • You hold a relevant degree within Human Resources, Psychology, Management or similar.
  • You have 8-10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner and already have a solid expertise within all aspects of the employee life cycle, performance management, organizational development, change management and leadership coaching and development.
  • You have a good understanding of Danish employment law and ability to support leaders in Personnel matters, in collaboration with our Labor Relations team.
  • Ideally, you have a good sense of structure and an analytical mindset and know how to use data to drive decision-making and solve complex challenges.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Change Management practices and relevant tools, such as Prosci ADKAR.
  • Experience from working with client groups within Operations and Manufacturing.
  • Talent Management, Leadership coaching, Organizational design and building strong teams.
  • Use of Workday or similar HRIS System.
