LOCATION: Chartres Plant

Chartres plant is THE Coty luxury fragrance site. Based at 1 hour from Paris, in the center of Cosmetic Valley, it is a place of choice to develop, industrialize and produce luxury fragrances. Chartres plant produces every year 65 million units and is engaged in a 3 years growth journey with an inspiring ambition: Making “Chartres Le Luxe par Excellence” an effective reality and our pride.

ROLE

Coty is seeking a talented individual to join Chartres’ plant Leadership Team and is directly reporting to the HR Director Monaco & Supply Chain France while operationally to the Site General Manager.

As Senior HR Business Partner, you are responsible for ensuring legal compliance, implementing & improving HR processes and systems, developing talents and organizational capabilities, while maintaining positive employee labor relations within a culture of continuous improvement.

You are a hands-on leader eager to supply effective contribution in the daily challenges, meanwhile able to contribute to make site strategy “Chartres Le Luxe par Excellence” happen.

The role covers a broad range of business activities and gives the opportunity to have a positive impact.

RESPONSABILITIES

In this role, in collaboration with the site General Manager and the leadership team, you:

  • Guarantee legal compliance and implement the Coty HR Systems, policies and processes with efficiency
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources for the site
  • Implement the Compensation policies, monitors the Benefits, notably health & life insurance programs
  • Guarantee the respect of the HSE standards and strongly contribute to make HSE program happen
  • Deploy Coty HR programs in strong collaboration with plant leadership team and the HR Director Monaco & Supply Chain France and liaise with Labour Authorities, Occupational medicine,…
  • Provide guidance, coaching and a formalized referential of operational HR good practices to the site lead team & to the managers
  • Develop a talented organization oriented on both delivering the yearly objectives and building the future with the support of HR Director Monaco & Supply Chain France
  • Ensure that training and development plans are fit for supporting plant’s objectives achievement while offering to employees attractive, ambitious and diverse career’s opportunities in the plant or in Coty
  • Ensure open, mature and demanding relations with work council and positive social climate

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

To be successful in this role, you will bring a solid experience in HR within Manufacturing context

Key requirements:

  • Solid experience (7years minimum) as HR Business Partner in a challenging manufacturing environment
  • Ability to make happen a high performance organization
  • Servant leadership mindset and strong ability to connect with manufacturing reality
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization (English included)
  • Labour law knowledge & ability to conduct negotiations with the Unions
  • Ability to conduct process improvement in the HR field and to manage change management
  • Rigorous, capable to go deep in details without losing big picture
