Job description
The company is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team.This role is a perfect combination of Soft HR skills : Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, On-Off boarding and Diversity and Inclusion.– Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract great talents.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies, universities to create a talent pipeline.
- Manage a full on and off boarding process to ensure a smooth transition situation.
– Learning & Development:
- Design & deliver training programs, including professional skills and leadership development.
- Conduct training needs assessments and recommend development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of L&D programs to ensure alignment with business goals.
– Performance Management:
- Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation tools
- Coordinate performance review cycles and support managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and creating development plans.
– Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement DEI strategies that align with the firm’s values and goals.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and foster an equitable workplace culture.
- Facilitate DEI training and awareness programs to enhance understanding and engagement among employees.
