Job Description:Your roleWe’re proud to be well-positioned with our Cloud HCM portfolio. In order to fuel our current and future growth within our Consulting Practice in Iberia, we are currently planning to hire a Senior HCM Consultant for projects across different modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor.What you’ll doAs Oracle Senior HCM Consultant you will advise clients on their HR transformation needs:

• Gathering business requirements
• Build consensus around business processes and design
• Communication of Oracle HCM capabilities
• Consistent and ongoing interaction with client domain experts
• Configuration of Oracle HCM application

Your Qualifications & SkillsA passion for customer success will be key for this position, besides:

• At least 5 years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm; alternatively relevant experience working on the HR business side assisting larger HCM implementations.
• Experience with at least 3 years of experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation would be a great advantage. Experience with Peoplesoft HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone will be considered.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to travel up to 40% (While up to 40% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
• Fluency in Spanish & English. Fluency in Portuguese would be an advantage.
