We are successfully producing highly desirable tech professionals in the most competitive EdTech market in the world – the US market.In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the growth team’s success in scaling our prospective customer base, finding promising market needs, improving our customer acquisition funnel, and increasing the number of active students in our programs.What you will do:This role involves managing our payment offerings (including Upfront, Monthly, and Loan payments), as well as launching processes and experiments to actively increase repeated cash-in and reduce refunds.Your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of the TripleTen payment options system to ensure the achievement of sales goals, first-month Cash-In metrics and Call>Enrollment conversion rates within the Sales funnel.
- Take ownership of the repeated cash-in and withdrawals metrics to ensure the achievement of lifetime Cash-In goals.
- Take ownership of terms and communications with TripleTen’s financial partners (Loan & Installment providers).
- Establish and maintain an analytics and monitoring system for TripleTen payments, withdrawals, cash-in and other financial metrics.
- Lead a cross-functional project team across related departments.
- Develop and test hypotheses to increase repayments and reduce withdrawals for TripleTen products.
- Conduct research and gather insights on student needs and behavior.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, users, and teams across departments.

- 5+ years experience in the role of product manager/growth manager, including extensive experience of working with financial metrics.
- Proven track record in increasing repayments and other financial metrics in B2C Product.
- Demonstrated knowledge of product and financial analytics.
- Conducted experiments and implemented productive results into the product.
- Ability to effectively present growth metric experiment results and provide clear recommendations for action.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams encompassing product, sales, marketing, analytics, design, and development, while exerting influence without formal authority.
- The primary working language is English, so proficiency in English for seamless communication is a mandatory requirement.
