The role

As a Senior Growth Partnerships Manager for Italy you will report into our Head of Growth and will be responsible for developing and executing a broad range of initiatives to maximize the value of HelloFresh’s customer base.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a driven highly analytical person with strong problem solving and communication skills and who is excited to make an impact in one of the fastest-growing global food technology companies in the world launched in 2021 in Italy. 

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with brands, influencers, media outlets, and other potential collaborators to enhance HelloFresh’s market presence and reach new customer segments.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns that leverage partnerships to drive customer acquisition and brand engagement. This includes conceptualizing joint initiatives, coordinating promotional efforts, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential partnership opportunities. Utilize these insights to propose innovative partnership strategies that align with HelloFresh’s growth objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual benefits and long-term collaboration. Act as the main point of contact, managing communication and coordinating joint activities.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of partnership initiatives. Monitor performance data, analyze results, and optimize strategies to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including brand, product, and operations to integrate partnership activities into broader marketing strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience: 3-6 years in partnership management, business development, or growth marketing, preferably within the food, eCommerce, or startup sectors. Proven success in developing and executing strategic partnerships.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships. Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Attributes: Creative problem solver with a proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic about the food industry and passionate about innovation and sustainability.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Italian.
