Your new role
As a Senior Global Talent Development Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:

-Partner with our Global Talent Development Lead to design, develop, and deliver global talent programs to fast track the growth of our high potential employees and leaders.
-Drive communication activities related to our talent programs and the Global Talent & Succession team in general.
-Collaborate and engage with colleagues across the globe to ensure we understand the business needs and incorporate the latest industry trends in design process.
-Organise project teams, assign responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements.
-Apply project management and learning development tools and methods.
-Travelling to facilitate programs outside of Denmark should be expected.
Your new department
The Global Talent & Succession team is part of our global People, Leadership & Performance (PLP) COE and is on a mission to drive change and maximize individual potential to the benefit of the business and ultimately our patients. We own the global talent and succession philosophy and strategy and are focused on ensuring we enable the organisation to have the right talent, with the right skills, in the right position at the right time. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the globe and make a difference in talent management. You will be able to put your mark on how we approach talent and succession in Novo Nordisk and ensure we become known as the company recognised for their ability to be a talent factory. The position is based in our HQ in Bagsværd, Denmark.
Your skills & qualifications
We’re seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

-You hold a relevant academic degree in HR, Organisation, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar.
-You have hands-on experience in building leadership or talent development programs and individual journeys.
-You have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional projects
-You understand the importance of orchestrating senior stakeholders and feel comfortable engaging with leaders at different levels.
-You have strong facilitation skills and understand learning methodologies
-Experience from a global organisation is considered as an advantage.
-People Management experience is considered as an advantage as well.
-You are fluent in English.
As a person you have a strong can-do attitude. You are proactive, resourceful and ready to present new ideas. You have excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills. You are able to set clear goals and provide a strong sense of purpose for the project and project team members. You think strategically about talent development and talent management, identifying potential and creating concrete plans to retain and grow capabilities within the organisation.
