Are you looking forward to taking your career to the next level and give your career a new direction?Then maybe you are the one we are looking for!This position is based at our Headquarters in Bagsværd Denmark.The positionWe are seeking a Total Rewards Development Manager to join our dedicated team, reporting to the Head of Total Rewards Development. As a part of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing global reward programs, serving as an expert and project manager on several global initiatives, and driving reward deliveries to the next level in support of Novo Nordisk’s overall strategy.Among your responsibilities, you could find:Leading project-driven initiatives focused on living wages, Total Reward dashboards, and salary range optimization.Involvement in future M&A Projects from a Total Reward perspective.Establishing a global framework to ensure a consistent and seamless reward approach in future M&A projects.Task ownership related to vendor management, continuous improvement efforts, and “running the business” responsibilities.QualificationsMaster’s in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or similar.8+ years’ experience in the field of Rewards.3+ years’ experience in senior stakeholder management and leading global rewards projects.Experience in working with global teams, M&A projects and/or digitalisation/AI in connection with Total Rewards deliveries are an advantage.Familiarity with Mercer methodology is a must.As a person, you embody a high level of integrity, personal drive, and adaptability. You demonstrate strategic insight and maturity, working independently and making decisions with confidence.
