You will receive intensive training and guidance on direct sourcing support and fund project initiatives. You will play an integral role in supporting the Funds Data Management team using virtual connection tools to optimize, protect, grow, and reduce 3rd party content reliance with direct sourcing. You will execute end-to-end continuous funds processing input requirement assignments with particular emphasis on Static/Reference Data, Documents, Regulatory Data and Full Holdings.YOUR TASKS

• Analyzing and performing funds information quality checks from various Asset Management Companies in order to maximize the onboarding of funds data.
• Manual input and research of information related to financial instruments (instrument related reference and event data, corporate actions) in Customer’s data input system.
• Creation and update of information in a timely and accurate manner as well as assessment of the data.
• Source monitoring and analyzing, research in case of misleading or missing information.
• Handling non standard/complex customer queries and complaints and giving feedback to the client.
• Identifying areas for improvement on the process level and supporting such initiatives in the phase of evaluation and testing.

YOUR PROFILE

• Around 2 years of experience in working with funds/investment fund data and knowledge of investment funds.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in the area of financial markets.
• Good analytical and attention to details skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good customer service skills.
