In this specific role, you’ll work on our evolving masterdata front, building and maintaining our Search Engines Optimization and Masterdata Management tools.You will be working in a challenging Agile environment, taking part in the whole software development life cycle – from concept to maintenance and you will participate in solving challenges from E-Commerce domains together with the Product Owner and the Scrum Team.You will be responsible for:Contribution to the ongoing evolution of the existing content supply portfolio of applications and servicesDesigning, developing, modifying, implementing, and supporting software components anywhere in the software stackDeveloping software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processesDetermining the root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutionsRemaining current on new technologies and available vendor packages; evaluating and make recommendations, as necessaryAssisting in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffingDetermining process improvements, best practices, and developing new processesWork in close partnership with cross-functional teams and managementOur tech stack, you should expect to work with following technologies:Kotlin & Java – Microservices, S3, SQS, SNS & Rest APIsReact, ExtJsSpring Boot, HibernateCI/CD with JenkinsAWS, TerraformOracle DB, PostgreSQLKubernetes, DockerInfrastructure as a Code, one-click deployment, C4 diagramsInfluxDB, Kibana, Grafana, Sensu, Prometheus

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.6+ years’ of management & engineering experienceIntrinsic passion for learning and self-developmentWillingness to work 70% of time on Backend and 30% of time on FrontendExperience in solving problems and tasks of different complexityHas the profound view of the project development and suggests the best ways to develop having in mind the final market goalBroad experience designing, programming, and implementing large information systemsAbility to provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological issuesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organization and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOn call experience or willingness to be on call duty every 6 weeks (will be recompensed)Must live within commutable distance to our Krakow office due to our hybrid work policy being 60% office and 40% remote working per monthAdditional InformationWith more than 1,000 passionate professionals located across 10 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
