What You’ll Do:What you will be doing:
Within the Criteo FP&A team and reporting to the Strategic Finance Director EMEA, we are looking for a talented Senior FP&A, to help analyze and provide insight on both top line and expenses performance for the Enterprise segment and team for the EMEA region, to support sound decision making.
It is a key business partnering role supporting EMEA Enterprise leaders, by providing analysis to support strategic decisions, conducting financial reviews and managing financial processes such as planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
This role requires solid knowledge of FP&A processes, performance management and business modelling acumen as well as strong communication and influencing skills.In this role, you will have the responsibility for:
Financial and business planning:Lead strategic planning, budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the EMEA Enterprise scopeCoordinate with multiple teams (Corporate FP&A, Business planning team, Sales Strategy Enablement & Operations, controlling team, etc.) to align end to end planning process and key deliverablesPartnering with EMEA Enterprise leaders and their directs reports to deliver financial targetsCommunicate and operationalize top-down guidance in strong collaboration with sales and operations teams and the businessShare insightful topline forecast/plan analysisResponsible for managing EMEA Enterprise annual plan and reforecast reportings for both Topline and OpexFinancial reporting and analysis:Report and analyze monthly financial performance and recommend corrective actions to the management to maximize business performanceWork closely with the EMEA Enterprise team (strategic and commercial finance director, executive managing director of the region) and the Corporate FP&A teams to help understand performance and communicate all finance performance matters related to the sub-region.Ad-hoc project: including forecast process streamlining or tools improvementsWho You Are:At least 5 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in a public, multinational company, audit or consulting firm (Big 4)Good knowledge of P&L and general accounting process & procedureAbility to deal with complexity and to handle multiple tasks concurrentlyA “hands on” proactive and self-driven attitude is required; who enjoys challenges and thrives in a fast changing and demanding environment.Client oriented mind with integrity and solid analytical skills, humble and self-awareExcellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact and influence senior management levelFluent in English, other language skills appreciatedStrong Excel skills and experience in SAPKnowledge of data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Anaplan or SQL is a plusWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
