We want to create an innovative environment where everyone can contribute on their full potential.Job DescriptionThe Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for preparing budgets and forecasts in conjunction with different stakeholders. The position is also responsible for monitoring & analysis of the company’s performance vs pre-set goals such as budgets and forecasts, both on a brand and at regional level, for the Benelux organisation. The Senior FP&A Analyst is a permanent position with a Benelux regional reach based in Hoofddorp (hybrid working model), reports to the Finance Lead Benelux and is part of the AA Western Europe Region Finance Team.Key accountabilities·Prepare the yearly Budget, Long-range Plan (LRP) and monthly LBE (Forecast) in cooperation with the Finance Head and Commercial teams· Manage the P&Ls, maintaining an overview of budget and spending. Work with the cross-functional Marketing and AMI teams to track and analyse the Promo budget·KPI reporting & monthly analysis of variances, identification of root causes and implementation of corrective actions in future forecasts & ways of working·Ensure that appropriate monthly accruals and adjustments are made by working in close collaboration with our Shared Service Centres colleagues·Submit the monthly forecast in JDA, for demad planning purposes·Proactively provide suggestions for maximising revenue and optimizing spend across the business·Implement efficient and reliable systems and processes to support financial planning and reporting·Drive internal control processes and ensuring compliance of the Benelux region’s compliance with AbbVie’s /Allergan Aesthetics policies & procedures and external requirements·Increase the financial understanding in the organization and be a sparring-partner to our commercial teams·Ad-hoc analyses as neededMain contacts·Finance Department in the Western Europe Region·Sales, Marketing & AMI Departments in Benelux·Business Excellence Department in Benelux· Stakeholders in AbbVieQualifications· Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar/equivalent qualification·Proven finance skills both in controlling and accounting·Proven skills in leadership·Proven English language skills both written and spoken·Proficient Excel skills·Ability to structure and organize·Experience from SAP and Longview (or similar data analysis tools) is an advantageBehaviours/Values·Quality Orientation and Work Standards: Focused on delivery, accuracy and attention to detail (IMPACT)·Planning and Organising: Organised with the ability to prioritise effectively (COLLABORATION)·Costumer Focus and Building Trust: Able to build trusted working relationships where challenge and contribution is the norm (CUSTOMER FOCUS / PEOPLE and PASSION)·Continuous Improvement: Shows a focus for continuous improvement (INNOVATION)·Self-starter with ability to operate independently, drive processes, identify and implement process improvements, establish and adjust priorities to achieve objectives and operate with speed and agility.Additional Information·The position is office-based 3 days a week, with a hybrid model, and you live preferably in the Amsterdam area.·Personal qualities and match against our culture are extremely important to us and will therefore attach great importance in our selection.Additional InformationAbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives, serving our community and embracing diversity and inclusion.
