• You are fluent in English (TME business language)

• You have minimum 5 years of experience in Finance Controlling position in a multinational company. Experience in Automotive sector is an asset.

• You have strong numerical, analytical, organisational and communication skills.

• You have good knowledge/experience of management financial reporting systems (Board is an asset), Power BI, MS excel (Power pivot, etc. is considered as an asset). Experience with Oracle BI is an asset.

• You have at least a bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics. Master degree is an asset.

Our team is Profit Management and Group reporting, part of the broader Accounting & Finance function in TME. Our mission is to be the compass of management to realize a sustainable growth and collaborate with all the functions and TME Group affiliated companies as a trusted business partner.

Our role is to supply TME Group financial information in a timely manner to Executives and other stakeholders, understand the business situation and set effective guidelines for profit procurement and cost reduction activities.

Our team works in close collaboration with many stakeholders incl. but not limited with the finance functions in our affiliated Sales and Manufacturing companies across Europe, finance responsibles within the various functions in TME, etc.

Your responsibilities:

• Gather financial data (monthly results, quarterly forecasts, budget, etc.) from our affiliated Sales, Manufacturing companies and TME and prepare regular group consolidated financials for management review and approval

• Perform variance analysis of actual results vs budget, forecast, etc. and explain the business drivers for the discrepancies

• Prepare multi-factor short-term profit simulations

• Support Mid-term profit plans preparations

• Support TME stand alone forecast and budget preparation as well as track actual vs forecast/budget as well as vs targets

• You initiate and support the development of automation/digitalisation tools to achieve more efficient operations

• You prepare or participate in ad-hoc requests related to the group management reporting and analysis
