This position will be responsible for Business Performance Controlling for PETNET International and Advanced Accelerator Applications reporting to the Head of Finance.Key responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to leadership.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement actions to improve financial performance.
• Project Support: Provide financial support for special projects including capital investments.
• Integration activities: Support various integration activities including ERP Implementation
• Cross-functional teams: Act as a liaison with multiple departments, including Molecular Imaging HQ, Accounting, Risk, and Internal Controls.
• Assist the Head of Finance with ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools; advanced Excel skills required, experience with D365 or SAP systems is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
