Your tasks
- coordination, consolidation, and build out of Global Facilities P&L data including defining a repeatable data refresh process,
- maintain a strong control environment and data/system integrity,
- communication across business partners, markets, supply chain, and functions,
- provide financial support for function deliverables that may support month-end close, forecast, or the annual plan process,
- perform ad-hoc financial analysis or special projects,
- build processes and cooperate in a global environment.
What we expect
- at least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, GBS or business decisions support
- university degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting or business management,
- english fluency,
- strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- strong analytical skills and project management skills,
- strong attention to detail and proven ability to work independently,
- experience and strong technical skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), SAP Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Blackline, and CoStar,
- possess a high level of integrity,
- experience working under time constraints, balancing multiple deliverables and priorities and ability to meet deadlines.
