Job PurposeWork with a team whose main tasks are:Facilitating Operations teams with change implementation through onboarding efficient technical solutions and testing supportOnboarding new clients into Operations functionsProviding business support for Operations functionsClose cooperation with various internal and external stakeholdersKey Responsibilities:Lead and manage new business onboarding projects across OperationsDevelop detailed project plans, analyze effort, cost, and impact on various company businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risksBuild and manage an effective project team, ensuring accurate, timely, and responsible delivery of all agreed changesMaintain all necessary project documentation and obtain all required client and internal approvals for the projectCollaborate with Business, Oversight, Relationship, and Product stakeholders to effectively deliver projectsEstablish and continuously improve effective working relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service and maintaining effective communicationDrive improvement and competitive differentiation by proposing and implementing innovative solutionsEnsure implemented processes are compliant with local and global regulationsSupport the delivery of high-quality service by the teamEscalate issues/potential issues appropriately and in a timely mannerResolve project issues across multiple business areasAssist colleagues and peers with production problemsFoster a positive and professional working environmentConduct regular and ad hoc training for team members
