The position
As a Senior Finance Partner, you will join a team of 18 colleagues working within finance, procurement, compliance and investments. 

In this role, in collaboration with other team members, you will be responsible for the production accounting at AM level and engage with stakeholders in the 8 AM sites located across the globe. 
 

Your main responsibilities will include:

-Drive all production accounting related finance processes, including budgets, month-end and year-end activities.
-Optimize and standardize production accounting processes and financial related master data setup in SAP.
-Provide production accounting support and training to employees across our sites.
-Recommend and implement the setup for financial related master data for new sites or new situations.
-Lead, participate and support projects across sites.
 

Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging production accounting data to generate actionable insights that drive business optimizations. As a trusted and valuable partner within the AM Finance organization and among global stakeholders, you will be instrumental in building, fostering, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure seamless alignment and effective collaboration. 

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

-An academic degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant academic degree.
-Preferably 3-5 years of experience in production accounting while experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be considered an advantage.
-Knowledge of production accounting including inventory adjustments, production variances, purchase price variances, inventory and standard costing.
-Experience with SAP CO and knowledge of different master data’s financial impact.
-Strong analytical and strategic skills, and the ability to deliver with high quality under pressure.
-Professional proficiency in English.

AM Finance, Investments & Procurement (FIP) anchored in AM Business Development & Support, located in Bagsværd – an international and high-performing department, consisting of ~70 professionals from approximately 20 countries. AM FIP team is responsible for driving resource allocation, generating valuable insights and recommending data-driven actions. We are a trusted partner to the organisation, focusing on financial excellence, productivity and expanding our global production network across AM.
