Job Description#LI-BA1Please expect a delay in this recruitment process due to holiday season.Are you an experienced finance professional who is passionate about using financial insights to drive business impact?We have a great opportunity in Corporate Reporting where you will be instrumental in translating financial performance into key insights and recommendations for our senior management!In this role you will be using your excellent financial expertise, commercial competence, and communication skills to support our Group CFO, Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.Core ResponsibilitiesPreparing reports, presentations and analysis for relevant senior stakeholdersConnecting commercial performance with financial insights, including outlooks and scenariosWorking with short as well as medium/long term strategic priorities and surfacing financial trade-offs and investment opportunitiesSupport the continued development of our reporting, incl. DigitalisationPlay your part in our team succeedingYou will join our global Corporate Reporting & Planning team supporting both senior management and the broader Finance organization. We trust you to make decisions and get things done to the highest possible quality, as you make the most of your skills to reach your full potential.You will gain great exposure, end-to-end understanding and an immense network which makes this a phenomenal stepping stone for a career within our company!Do you have what it takesa master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or similar combined witha minimum of 5+ years of experience from a finance position in a global companyfinance savvy with the ability to convert data and information into insights, choices and recommendations, which add real value to the businessHave confidence and maturity to network across functions, business divisions, time zones and culturesWe are also looking for tight-knit collaboration skills, curiosity to understand the details as well as experience with relevant data tools such as SAP BPC, Power BI or similarApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
