Are you the new Senior Finance Business Partner for our Simulation division?We OfferAs our new Senior Finance Business Partner, you thrive in the intersection between finance and business and are highly motivated by contributing to profitable and sound business with you sparring and support from a financial angle to the management of the division and the different site leaderships inside the division.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Financial analysis and reporting for the division – based on reporting from finance managers in the underlying legal entities reporting on multiple divisions.Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across the division in close cooperation with Head of Finance Business Partnering and the HQ finance organization. Mature process together with HoFP.Business Partnering – collaborate with the Head of division and other stakeholders in and around the division to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.Ensure that the head of division is given the necessary basis for his decisions through analysis of ongoing operations, projects, investment cases or other conditions as agreed.Who we are looking forWe are looking for a person with a solid experience in Finance Business Partnering and a relevant educational background. The key point is that you are highly motivated to achieve results together with the business and your colleagues in finance. We anticipate that you have an appropriate level of hands-on experience and generally the following qualifications:Must be highly self-driven and result orientedMust have excellent communication skillsData driven and analytical mindset to solve business challengesStrong ability to cooperate and communicate at executive level

Able to drive change managementAble to coordinate global teams without managementA structured way of working, showing attention to detailFluent in English both verbally and in writingThe ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a controller in an international company. You have also prepared multiple monthly reports and prepared deep dives into financial performance. You have a proven track record of managing smaller projects and do not hesitate on taking up new challengesWe are looking for a candidate that resides in the central European timezone as the Head of division resides in Norway.
