Do you want to use your strong financial understanding as trusted Finance Partner to Senior executives? Are you good at stakeholder management? Are you ready to take lead in delivering world class financial support across our global business units? Then you might be our new Senior Finance Business Partner in Novo Nordisk Quality (NNQ).
The role is a maternity cover during the period now – August 1, 2025.
The position
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:
-Drive budget process and follow-up ensuring resources are allocated to business priorities and all areas are pushing for stretched optimization ambitions.
-Provide financial insights to drive decisions and discussions on prioritization across CVP areas and for NNQ management.
-Act as a sparring partner and support to senior management on finance related topics and analytics.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
-Financial background with bachelor’s or master’s degree within Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
-Minimum. 3 years of experience with budgeting, monthly reporting processes and with key reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, SAP etc.) is a requirement. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
-Good understanding of financial management and controlling. Previous experience in a production industry is an advantage.
-Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
-Proficiency in both oral and written English

You will become part of our Business Support VP area responsible for various business support functions across the Novo Nordisk Quality organisation with roughly 3.000 employees globally.
