As senior Finance Business Partner, you are close to the commercial team of Lundbeck, working with people from all over the world and on many different levels of the organization. You will be exposed to senior and executive management and will be expected to extract and communicate impactful insights to allow efficient and value-adding decision making across the organizational layers.

Your future team

FP&A & Commercial Finance is part of Lundbeck’s Group Finance department. You will join a team of 6 colleagues that take pride in engaging with the business to deliver insights that facilitate strategic and tactical business decisions. Your manager believes in empowering people, trusting them to be at their best and to deliver on what has been agreed. He seeks team involvement and values personal and professional integrity.

As a team, we are considered trusted business partners to our commercial team as well as our executive management team. Our license to operate lies in our credibility, our reliability, and our engagement with our stakeholders. We know that quality is important, but getting acceptance from our stakeholders is equally important.

Your responsibilities include, but will not be limited to, the following:

-Business partnering to select key stakeholders in the commercial team, which includes involvement in strategic initiatives and ad hoc support.

-Monthly management reporting, which includes the identification and communication of key attention points and insightful deep dives.

-Ongoing financial planning (according to our annual performance management drumbeat), which includes challenging the business on their assumptions and ensuring proper dialogue between relevant stakeholders to enable commitment and alignment.

The position is based in Lundbeck’s headquarter, located in beautiful surroundings in Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

What you bring to the team

You possess a well-evolved business partner mindset and proven problem-solving skills. You are structured in your way of working, excelling at stakeholder management. You are clear in your communication with your stakeholders, allowing you to translate complex information into simple, relevant, and actionable language.

You will likely tick mark the following criteria:

-Cand.Merc. Cand.Polit. or similar master’s degree.

-+6 years of relevant experience.

-Fluent in English.

-Data savvy and comfortable working with multi-dimensional data and explorative analytics.

-Engaging personality with a positive and curious attitude.
