Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee Technical Services and Cluster Sites, ensuring seamless collaboration with Soft Services and Event Management across client locations.
* Drive innovative service delivery while upholding health, safety, sustainability, and compliance standards.
* Build strong client relationships, ensure adherence to agreements and regulations, and identify opportunities to expand services.
* Manage subcontractors, control costs, and act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organisation as the employer of choice.

Key Requirements:

* Extensive experience in integrated facilities management within outsourced environments.
* Strong track record in fostering profitable client relationships with keen commercial awareness.
* Skilled in managing teams and contractors across multiple sites with exceptional organisational and communication abilities.
* IOSH/NEBOSH certifications preferred; familiarity with internal systems is a bonus.
