Senior Executive Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and supportive team to provide high-level, pro-active and professional administrative support to the new Pro Vice-Chancellor Global Engagement and the University’s Executive Group (Deputy Vice-Chancellors, Pro Vice-Chancellors, Chief Financial Officer and Registrar).

  • Providing high-quality personal assistant support including complex diary management and support for the PVC Global Engagement
  • Organise high-level complex international travel.
  • Servicing committees, which includes minute taking, calendar entries and ensuring that actions are closed and in-hand for the next meeting.
  • Administering and creating online filing systems.
  • Proactively seeking to improve processes and keeping resources up to date.

You have a proven track record in administration, excellent customer service and communication skills and are skilled at forming effective relationships with stakeholders. You should be accurate, responsive, ability to work independently, use own initiative and have excellent IT skills. Ideally you would have experience providing 1-1 executive support and arranging complex international travel.

Contract type: Open ended

Work pattern: Full-time

Grade: H

Salary: £32,982-£37,099 per annum
