Senior Environmental Partner, Drug Product Manufacturing DK EHS team

Bagsværd and Kalundborg

The position

As a Senior Environmental Partner, you will work with a wide range of environmental areas including air pollution, CO2 emissions, energy, groundwater, noise, permits, soil, waste, and wastewater by:

-Setting the direction using data to reach zero environmental impact.
-Driving, facilitating, and optimizing daily environmental and energy processes.

-Identify and execute improvement initiatives, as well as provide recommendations to management.
style=”margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm” type=”disc”-
-Collaborating across the value chain through daily dialogue.
-Acting as a subject matter expert to the line of business and the project organization.
-Communicating with regulatory stakeholders.
-Handling and reporting of environmental compliance requirements.
-Coordinate with the internal organization to ensure compliance with ISO Standards and Regulatory Authorities, including the implementation of external/internal audit processes.

-Ensure that applicable guidelines are incorporated at sites of responsibility.
-Drive organizational change management.

-Reporting and analysing KPIs related to waste, energy and water consumption data.
-Support in evaluating the environmental impact of changes/projects.
 

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we envision:

style=”margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm” type=”disc”-
-A minimum of 3 years within environmental work, ideally within pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical production or chemical/energy industries.
-A relevant master’s degree, providing a solid academic foundation in Environmental areas.
-Fluency in English both oral and written
-The ability to negotiate appropriate Environmental solutions, while effectively balancing these with other business needs and regulatory requirements.
-Experience with process engineering and/or energy systems would be advantageous.

About the department

You will join the DPM DK EHS team, collaborating with Environmental, Energy and Health & Safety colleagues.  The team head office is based out of Hillerød and includes the Aseptic Filling Sites of Hillerød, Bagsværd, Gentofte and Kalundborg. Your primary work and responsibility will be at site Bagsværd and Kalundborg and we expect you to be present at both sites weekly.
