As an Engineering Program Manager, you’ll be a pivotal force in our Product & Engineering team, working closely with top leaders. What you’ll do
-Program Development & Management: Lead engineering programs focused on Product Security & Compliance.
-Project Planning: Define and enforce project plans and schedules to meet business and regulatory requirements.
-Lifecycle Management: Oversee success, quality, cost, and delivery throughout the product lifecycle.
-Product Roadmap: Develop product roadmaps and usage plans for software, internal tools, or processes.
-Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to Policies & Standards, including Global Development Policy and ISO9001/ISO27001.
-Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills and strategic analytical thinking.
-Product Vision: Drive the vision, roadmap, and usage plans for security and compliance products.
-Product Delivery: Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver high-quality specifications that meet customer and user requirements.
-Collaboration: Work closely with release management, production, governance, and leadership teams.
-Stakeholder Integration: Coordinate feedback from customers, Solution Management, and other stakeholders.
-Product Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and potential handover of the product.
-Process Improvement: Contribute to efficiency and process enhancement.
-Program Development & Management: Lead engineering programs focused on Product Security & Compliance.
What you will bring
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent education
-5-7 years of software product or program management experience
-Advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one / several security areas
with a Strong customer focus; you have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations
-Experience working on software development methodologies and experience working with any type of security tools
-Knowledge of project management and security frameworks and best practices
-Certifications like PMP or in any project management discipline are an asset
