Besides this we offer them flexible payment solutions through Buy now, Pay later credit offerings by our FinTech Team.As Engineering Leader of the FinTech Team, you will play crucial role in our mission, working closely with our business stakeholders and Lead team to architect , construct Credit Risk policies and decision-making platform for our new lending division Nivoda Capital, aimed at enhancing customer’s cash flow and Bring Innovative Tech Strategies to moderate credit risk. Your expertise will be instrumental in augmenting Nivoda payments solutions and ERP Accounting Systems.What You’ll Do:Impact & Delivery : Drive delivery across FinTech Charters with High performing Team that aligns Company’s business objectives.People Management: Mentor Managers / Tech leads and retain talents , Foster growth plans at each level of the team and Excel culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementTech influence: Build Credit & Risk Platforms and own Technical Directions and decisions along with Tech LeadsStrategy and Leadership: Spearhead in Translating Business requirements to Tech solutions, Strategise long term Engineering Initiatives and own Staffing requirements.Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Builds strong stakeholder relationships with nearby/distant teams, influence senior leaders, and collaborate effectively across departments to drive initiatives.

Organisational Wide Impact: Contribute to the wider Nivoda engineering culture, including developing best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines to be adhered to throughout the development lifecycleDrive with Business Acumen: Leverage Expertise to improve Customer Touch points in FinTech Charters and Ability to make decisions aligned with the company’s vision and contributing to strategic growth.Innovation : Stay abreast of emerging technologies to inform decision-making and ensure the engineering teams remain competitiveYour qualifications and experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of managing Team, Proven experience as a manager of managers and technical lead, with a strong track record of leading successful projects from inception to delivery.Proficiency in System Architecture and Design with knowledge of OLTP , OLAP databasesGood understanding cloud Technologies (AWS,GCP) and streaming data tools such as Kafka, microservices architecture, and distributed systemsProficiency in the project management process and techniques such as Staff planning, executing, and monitoring projects.Experience in leading and mentoring teams and driving them toward big goals with consistent executionExcellent communication skills and the ability to succinctly explain deep technical concepts, effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExperience leading Agile/Scrum ceremoniesExcellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.Experience with building Fintech Products , Credit Risk Assessment Products would be a bonus.What we offer:Remote working in an established team.Exposure to C-Suite at an extremely fast-growing company.Work on cloud-hosted applications utilising major AWS services.Unlimited holiday allowance.Exciting greenfield projects.Chance to join and contribute to a company during its exponential expansion phase.
