• Line manager for the RF & Antenna team

You’ll be leading our RF & Antenna team consisting of 12 highly skilled engineers designing our RF and antenna solutions. We are a part of Device Hardware in R&D.“The goal for you will be clear, our growth comes from highly skilled and motivated people. You will be responsible for providing daily guidance, prioritization and development of the team and its members. All inspired by your enthusiasm for people” says your new manager Mads Gustavsen.You will, furthermore, also join the leadership team of the Electronics group. In collaboration with your peers, you will plan and implement the necessary activities for the smooth daily operation of the group. Moreover, you will contribute to the strategic development of the group and its goals.Experience in people leadership and transformation
We are looking for candidates with a degree in electronic engineering, who have design experience in medical devices, consumer electronics, or similar. Your experience may include RF or antenna design, but what’s most important is experience in managing a team in an R&D focused organisation, either as a people manager or maybe a skilled project manager, and you know how to win people for your cause and make them follow you. Not because they must, but because they want to.

As a person you master the fine art of leading and developing highly specialized and engaged employees. Therefore, your organizational skills are well developed, and you possess good communication capabilities.
It is natural for you to build professional and productive relationships, not only within the Electronics group, but also across the entire organization. It is through collaboration and team spirit we realize our complex solutions.We are in a transition phase towards a SAFe based organization to be ready for the future ahead. Knowledge and experience with SAFe is not necessary, we will train you, but we do expect a curiosity for using agile methodologies in the development of electronics and hardware in general.How to apply
