The role is leading the team of Quality & Food Safety (QFS) Directors across the Europe OU, supports the implementation of QFS programs consistently in the Operating Unit (OU), drives people, processes and systems capabilities development programs across the The Coca-Cola Company in the OU.
What You’ll Do for Us:
The role will support all the Franchise Operations and OU QFS objectives and will focus on:

Coaching and mentoring of the QFS Directors team

Talent management in the OU and with the key bottler Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) managers

Set objectives for the team and develop the priorities, systems, metrics and tools to deliver these
-
Support Quality and food safety programs and projects across all the countries in the OU with support of OU QSE VP. Address and eliminate all existing and potential Quality and food safety issues in the spirit of continuous improvement.

Closely work with Franchise Technical Operations leads to implement QFS strategies and policies to protect and enhance The Coca-Cola Company resources, assets, trademarks and corporate reputation.

Develop OU capabilities in scope of quality and food safety for managing new product categories and packaging

Work with the bottling partners and other OU functions to ensure system capabilities to produce the KO portfolio within the Company quality and food safety requirements, regulatory requirements and consumer expectations

Support the innovation pipeline development and implementation by identifying the optimal processes and technologies that will deliver the QFS expectations in the most competitive way

Coordinate the execution across the OU of the QFS programs: i.e. Product Integrity Program, Sensory Program, Lab proficiency, Consumer complaints program, Master mixing instructions process and tool and any other QFS programs required by the technical governance framework or manufacturing practices

Actively support the OU Incident Management & Crisis Resolution and risk management processes

Collaborates with the Global QFS teams (corporate and other OUs) to drive performance excellence for the key QFS metrics, best practice sharing, standardization of tools and processes, talent exchange and development.

Roll out global (i.e. GQC, Corporate QSE team) priority programs and projects in the OU
Qualifications & Requirements :
-
More than 5 years of quality, food safety experience in Food & Beverage industry. Experience in occupational health and safety experience is a plus

Proven success record in similar roles in multi-country business units, roles that require complex orchestration across multiple stakeholders.

Previous management, including people management experience is a plus
-
Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional language is a plus
