Join us on our journey to #ForeverCaring as Senior Director, Plant Operations, and you won’t either.Job Summary:This is a key role within the Global Manufacturing Operations function, where you will act as the primary liaison between Infusion Care Manufacturing Operations and Infusion Care Franchise Leadership. You will direct responsibility for Manufacturing, Engineering, Network Strategy and New Product Development with matrix responsibility for Supply Chain, Quality, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology and Environmental Health & Safety leads cascading.This position will also ensure regulatory compliance in all markets, adequate current and future capacity and capability to meet product volume requirements and devise strategy for growth and meeting new product launches seamlessly. This is a global position influencing staff in remote locations.About the Role:Key Duties & Responsibilities

Travel RequirementsExpectation of travel to any company location, in particular the (2) Infusion Care manufacturing locations. Travel may be 25% or greater.Education/Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Post-graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in progressive leadership roles in manufacturing operations.
  • Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in the medical device industry.
  • Multi-national work experience with responsibilities including operations outside the US.
  • Demonstrated record of building high performance teams.
  • Demonstrated record of working successfully within a matrix environment.
