Core Responsibilities
Oversee Integra’s EMEA Marketing Department which includes two business units across EMEA.
Drive a One Integra EMEA marketing approach across the region.
Drive Omni-channel marketing strategy
Deliver Brand marketing
Drive a Digitalisation strategy
Coordinate Lead management for the region
Prof Ed strategy closely aligned to marketing objectives
Market Access strategy, lead market access initiatives for EMEA with the Market Access group
NPI readiness process for EMEA
Lead upstream marketing projects for EMEA
Linking SFDC insights to marketing strategy
Note: up to 50% travel required across Europe.
Qualifications & Experience
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position:
Degree educated, proven track record of leading a marketing team across EMEA, Team leadership experience [essential].
Previous commercial experience in MedTech industry at regional or global level is an advantage.
Team leadership experience with a focus on people development and driving a positive work culture.

Ability to collaborate and manage positive relationships with stakeholders across International Sales & Marketing, Finance and other Functional Areas and at all levels.

Strong Attention to detail to ensure accuracy data management and reporting of relevant metrics.
Excellent organisational skills with a strong ability to multi-task working on multiple deadlines and in a fast-paced multi-national environment.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Suite, particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint and digital marketing tools.
Demonstrate strong business acumen, customer knowledge and market trends.
The Senior Director of Marketing and Market Development is a key member of the International EMEA team and is expected to role model Integra values and work in a professional manner at all times.
