Role Overview:

Working within the WIoT (Wireless Internet if things) BU (Business Unit) working on advanced wireless technologies, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi UWB, and 5G Cellular IoT.

As a Senior Digital Team Leader you will guide a team of experienced engineers in developing next-generation connectivity platforms that meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and efficiency.

You will be responsible for the full digital development lifecycle, from architecture and RTL design to verification and integration, ensuring seamless collaboration across disciplines and delivering high-quality IP to our global customers.

This role requires a strong technical foundation in digital design and verification, proven leadership capabilities, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.

You will work closely with teams across architecture, systems, algorithms, hardware, software, validation, and customer support to drive innovation and excellence throughout the product development process.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead a digital design team in developing and verifying advanced Bluetooth/15.4 PHY and MAC solutions.
-Take full ownership of the digital design and verification implementation including methodologies.
-Identify, diagnose, and resolve functional and performance issues efficiently.
-Implement and improve the performance of the digital design on FPGA along the existing RF platform for combo and standalone IPs.
-Mentor and provide technical guidance to the team.
-Plan, Track and give visibility to the work of your team.
-Support the SW and Validation teams during the certification of the product
-Provide Documentation and support the application team on request (Customer Support).
-Drive continuous improvements by contributing to the evolution of the work environment (process, technology, tools).
